Using this system is fairly easy, but initially can be a little confusing….
Once you have logged in, be sure to check out the black menu bar at the very top.
If you want to post something (and please do!) you want to select DASHBOARD and then choose NEW POST.
You’ll be taken to a page where you can create your new post.
Enter a title in the upper box and your text below.
You can also add images, music and video clips by choosing one of the small icons which appear just below the title of your post.
When you are happy with your post, click the PUBLISH or UPDATE button on the right hand side.
Your post should then automatically appear on the homepage (you can return to the homepage by clicking HOLISTIC HERTS in the top left hand corner).

UPLOADING A PROFILE PICTURE

Here is how you add an image of yourself to the network.
1) Log into the network.
2) Find your page on the network, by clicking on your name where it appears.
3) When you are viewing your page, you should see two bars below where your image should be, named as follows:
Activity, Profile, Friends, Groups, Settings
Personal, Mentions, Favourites, Friends, Groups
Click on PROFILE (the second option in the upper menu bar)
4) On the menu bar that appears you should see options labelled: Public, Edit, Change Avatar. Click on Change Avatar.
5) You should now be able to browse for and upload an image of yourself.
